I started out by consulting with a personal trainer to make sure my form was just right

On day one, I learned that planking for a minute is hard enough

Having failed the first week, I went on a journey to figure out how I could modify the plank to make it easier

During week two, I changed up my routine and had a grand revelation

By week three, planking wasn’t really getting easier — even with my fresh mindset and special modifications

By the end of the month, I was finally (sort of) able to do a five-minute plank

After 30 days, planking never got easier and I didn’t feel stronger — ( but my core felt tighter )
